~ Amelia, Captain Rascal, Pickles, Olivia & Trotter Lynn All Went To The Mission Circuit Over Memorial Day, And The Big Winner Was . . . Captain Morgan!!!

 

This very clever Cavalier smoked the course with Karen and now has added the title AKC Novice Standard to his resume.  All of us could not be prouder of this very talented team!

Deja Vu???

No, it's Karen & Morgan going for a repeat at the Southern California Portugese Water Dog Club Trial in the City of Industry last Sunday.

This talented team has placed first and qualified each time that they have competed.  One more win and Morgan will have his first two AKC Agility titles.

With Morgan speed and Karen's handling these two are an exciting pair to watch in the ring.  We expect more wonderful news from them in the future.

Captain Morgan & Karen Start the New Year Right!

This weekend the attended the West Coast Cocker Club AKC Agility Trial in the City of Industry.  And with their combined teamwork they were able to capture 1st place in Jumpers with a 95, and 1st place in Standard with a score of 100.  These two make a great team!

The Very Clever Captain Morgan Takes 1st Place in AKC Novice Jumpers!

Captain Morgan and Karen have proven to be quite the team.  In limited showing Morgan has titled in CPE and taken First Place in Novice Jumpers at his first AKC trial.  We are quite proud of these two and can't wait to see what is next!

 

And we were very happy that Morgan's Dad was able to come and see him compete.  Being a true Cavalier can you tell that all eyes are on Mom?

Captain Morgan Relaxing After Earning His New Agility Title ~ Level 1 Standard - CL1-R

Doesn't he look relaxed after a hard days work?  Congratulations to Morgan & Karen.  I am sure that there are more titles to come!

Morgan & Karen Have Been Very Busy The Last Several Weeks.

Morgan is happy to announce that he is officially known as Captain Morgan of the Bluffs CGC, TDI.  CGC stands for Canine Good Citizen and that means that Morgan had to take and pass a 10 part test given by an evaluator approved by the American Kennel Club.

And TDI stands for Therapy Dogs International to obtain this certification he had to complete an even more complicated test.  This title qualifies him to go to work as a therapy dog in nursing homes, hospitals and just about anywhere else that his services are need. 

And if that were not enough, Karen & Morgan competed at the South Coast Agility Team Trial last weekend were quite successful.  I am not sure of all the titles that Morgan won, however he did take home a bunch of ribbons!  I am sure that Karen will update me.  These two are proving to be quite a team.

he is going to be making his agility debut June 14th & 15th at the South Coast Agility Teams CPE Trial at Tewinkle Park in Costa Mesa.  We know that Morgan & Karen are going to do great!
