Things You Can Do To Beat Parvo

Parvo precautions

• Clean your yard of all fecal matter.
• Wash food bowls and water bowls with a weak solution of 1 teaspoon bleach to one gallon of water.
• Disinfect bedding, floors, crate and kennel areas with the bleach solution and hot water.
• Make sure your dog is current with its vaccinations.
• Keep your dog isolated if you have any doubts

If you are going to be walking through an area where lots of dogs congregate it is a good idea to clean your shoes with a disinfectanct solution.  You can get a solution that is safe to use on your dogs feet from your Veterinarian.
